How it works
Began as a brewpub in Rimini in 1996 or 1997; in the early 2000s it gave up the brewpub, and in 2001 the brand was sold to a company based in San Marino, whose brewery stood at Falciano (Serravalle). Its Mi dòna won third prize at the World Expo of Beer in Frankenmuth, Michigan, in 2008. Production went back to Italy in 2009, to a new brewery at Apecchio (Pesaro-Urbino) opened on 30 May 2009, with Rino Mini of the La Galvanina group named as owner; the company's own site says the Bagli family has run it since 1997. Brands: Gradisca, Mi dòna, Volpina, La Tabachera, Riserva Speciale, AMA. unverified info
