Brau Union Romania was the Romanian business of the Austrian BBAG (Brau Union): in August 2000 BBAG bought 98.18% of Bere Miercurea-Ciuc (Ciuc), 91.83% of Grivița International (Gambrinus) and 75.74% of Haber International (Hategana) from Brewery Holdings, and with them held 36% of the market. After Heineken took over the group in 2003 it became Heineken Romania. unverified info
