How it works
Sake maker of Fussa, Tokyo (Tamajiman), started on 1 September 1863 by the old calendar. It brewed a German-style beer, Nihon Bakushu (Japan Beer), from 1887 until it closed in 1890, and came back to beer in 1998 as Tama no Megumi after three years of preparation. Tokyo Blues, an American pale ale, has been sold since 2015. unverified info
