South Korea A small brewery of wild and sour beers in the hills near Mungyeong, North Gyeongsang (Taepyung Yangjo), set up by Yang Jun-seok after six years as a brewer in Andong. A report of 2023 says production began in June 2022, with wild yeast, open fermenters and planned oak foeders; the year-round beers were Palm Tree and Taepyung White, with seasonal ones such as Wild Garden, and a still for rice spirits was fitted. unverified info
