United Kingdom Founded in 2003 in Edinburgh by the brewer Dougal Sharp, whose father had led the 1987 management buy-out of the Caledonian Brewery; it made oak-aged beer, brewed under contract at Tennent's Wellpark Brewery in Glasgow from 2014. It bought the Inveralmond Brewery in Perth in 2016. C&C Group took it over in March 2026, when Innis & Gunn went into administration; the Perth brewery and all its taprooms closed.
