How it works
Cabardouche is a small brewery with a taproom under the railway at Engelselei 254 in Borgerhout, Antwerp. A tourist guide says the beers launched in 2019 and the project was put together from 2012, and the register has the cooperative (CV) as established in 2016. The name plays on the numbered cabaret houses of Antwerp. The regular beers are Blonde Stoot (5%) and Stout Mokke (9%), with REUS, a dry-hopped blond of 6.8% made for Borgerhout's giants' parade, and a yearly Escort Deluxe; the brewery says it makes more than 30 temporary beers a year. unverified info
