## About

A brewery in Dokkum, Friesland, opened in 2018. It carries on the Kâld Kletske beers of Sytze Hoogstins, who began home brewing in his garage in Burgum in 2012 and later had larger batches brewed at a contract brewery; friends raised the money to build the brewery. The head brewer is Tim Cuperus, and in 2020 the brand Dutch IPA was added.
