## About

Dobry Browar is a restaurant brewery with apartments at Grzybowo 34 in Gniezno; BeerTasting gives 2018 as the year it was founded. Its flagship is the Gnieźnieńskie pilsner, and its site describes a project co-financed by the European Union to launch unpasteurised, unfiltered beers made from oat malt.
