The oldest working brewery of Belarus: on 29 January 1864 the Minsk merchant Rokhle Frumkina was allowed to build a wooden brewery. Count Chapsky's later, from 1898 the Austrian Lekker brothers' until 1917; nationalised as Pivzavod Belarus, named Alivaria in 1994. Carlsberg's since 2008, its majority from 2011. unverified info
