Prost is the brand of Sabores Bolivianos Alemanes, the brewery of the German brewmaster Guido Mühr in the north of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Mühr came to Bolivia in 1992, worked for Paceña for seven years and then for Quilmes and AmBev, and left Quilmes in 2012; the brewery was built in 2014 and brewed its first beer in June 2015. It made 1,000 litres a month at the start and 35,000 to 40,000 litres a month in 2018, with a capacity of 8 million litres a year. Beers: a premium lager, Weiss, Dunkel, a quinoa beer, winter and summer ales, and an IPA planned for 2018. unverified info
