## About

Browar Piotrków, known as Cornelius from 2007 to 2020, is a regional brewery at ul. Browarna 5 in Piotrków Trybunalski. It grew out of a soft-drink and bottling business founded in 1927 (beer was bottled there from 1938); the owners launched their own beer brand Kiper in 1989 and built a brewery from 1999, and its first batch was brewed on 15 June 2000. In 2007 the brewery was renamed Cornelius, with the first Cornelius Weizen brewed on 18 June 2007; it became Browar Piotrków in 2020, and in 2021 the operating company Sulimar was replaced by Drink ID sp. z o.o. Its brands are Cornelius, Trybunał and Beczkowe.
