Poland Brofaktura is a restaurant brewery on the first floor of the Hala Targowa (market hall) at ul. Armii Krajowej 5 in Siedlce, a building from 1908 that was almost fully restored in 2012-2014. A shop of the Topaz chain fills the ground floor and the chain's owner started the brewery; its site says brewing began in 2014 under head brewer Bartłomiej Imieliński. The brewhouse, with two copper vessels, three fermenters and eight lagering tanks, was supplied by Joh. Albrecht Brautechnik of Munich, and the unpasteurised, unfiltered beers are sold in the restaurant and in Topaz shops. unverified info
