## About

Kadoya of Ise, which has kept a tea house and rice-cake shop since 1575 and also made soy sauce and miso, began brewing beer in 1997 under its 21st-generation owner, in a converted soy-sauce warehouse; the capacity is 12 kilolitres a month. The Isekado label has won awards since 2001. Regular beers: Pale Ale, Brown Ale, Stout, Shinto Beer, Kumano Kodo Ale.
