How it works
Started in 1996 at Nobeoka, Miyazaki, by the petroleum wholesaler Nishida, whose president Hideji Nishida gave his name to the beer; a Czech brewer was asked to lead the first recipes. Uses fully self-cultured yeast; its German-style pilsner won gold at the International Beer Competition in 2009 and its Miyazaki Kumquat Lager gold at the Asia Beer Cup in 2015. The taproom Biagura Hideji opened beside the brewery in 2009. unverified info
