How it works
Started by the brewmaster Terry Schoffer with Ron and Patt Dyck, who had run the Country Squire restaurant in Naramata. The name recalls the old Aylmer fruit and vegetable cannery where the first beer was brewed on 1 April 2001; Naramata Nut Brown Ale grew out of the Dycks' home brewing. In 2015 it moved to a new brewery at 198 Ellis Street in downtown Penticton. unverified info
