United Kingdom A brewery founded by Nelion Ridley of the Ridley brewing family, whose family brewery on the River Chelmer, built in 1842, was sold in 2005. Bishop Nick began in 2011 at Felsted in Essex and moved to East Street in Braintree in 2013. It is named after Bishop Nicholas Ridley, burnt at the stake in 1555; its beers include Ridley's Rite, which won silver in the Champion Beer of Britain in 2017, 1555, Divine and the Halloween porter Witch Hunt. unverified info
