Peru Craft brewery in Pozuzo, the Austro-German colony in Pasco, started in 2009 by Juan Egg, a third-generation descendant of the settlers, and his son Enzo. Its Pilsener is made with German pilsener malt and noble hops; it also brews a Radler and a coca beer. The Pozuzo brewery made 55,000 litres a month in 2024, and a first taproom opened in Miraflores, Lima, in October 2021. unverified info
