A family brewery of French Flanders. Brewing at Saint-Sylvestre-Cappel goes back at least to 1600; in 1920 Rémi Ricour and Marie Savage bought the existing brewery (Ricour-Savage, later Ricour, in the 1980s Brasserie de Saint-Sylvestre, since 2019 Brasserie 3 Monts). The beer 3 Monts, a bière de garde of 8.5 %, was launched in 1984, one of the first tasting beers in France. 150,000 hl in 2023, 48 staff. unverified info
