How it works
Brasserie de Rochehaut, at the entrance of the village of Rochehaut in Bouillon, belongs to the Boreux family of the Auberge de Rochehaut and is run by Arnaud Boreux. For about 20 years the family had a beer, La Cuvée de Rochehaut, brewed for it by Brasserie Caulier at Péruwelz, and then brought production home with a new recipe that uses Belgian malt from the Beloeil malthouse and yeast from Orval Abbey. In 2021 it made six beers: a blond, a brown, an amber, an IPA, a triple blonde and a seasonal one; it had aimed at 1,000 hl in its first year, reached 3,000, expected 5,500 to 6,000 in 2021 and planned a capacity of 10,000 hl for 2022. unverified info
