## About

An organic and biodynamic brewery set up in October 2012 by Julien Gondard and Guillaume David in an old sheepfold of the Domaine de Sulauze (Istres / Miramas, Bouches-du-Rhône). Wood-fired brewing, unique in France; about fifteen beers, 50,000 litres a year, barley and hops grown on the estate for a seasonal beer.
