## About

The old Brasserie Doloise of Dole (Jura) was founded in 1844 by Jules Robert; about 1900 his successor Walter Gysin created the brand La Brasserie Doloise, which lasted until 1971. Fabrice Pannaux revived the name in 2017 and has brewed on the Mont-Roland site since 2018.
