How it works
A brewery founded in the autumn of 2011 by the former research chemist Stu Lascelles and his wife Claire Ashbridge-Thomlinson, in an industrial unit near Lea Bridge station on the Leyton and Walthamstow border in east London. The first beer was sold in September 2011 from a 16-hectolitre plant, which was upgraded to a 40-hectolitre kit in July 2019. Since 2024 it has been run day to day by the shareholder Ronnie Finch, and in 2025 it agreed to lease premises on the Lockwood Way trading estate in Walthamstow for a new taproom. unverified info
