Christophe and Quentin began brewing in 2011 in a hut at the bottom of a garden. They registered the company on 16 February 2016 and set up the brewery at Notre-Dame-d'Oé, north of Tours, early in 2017. Summer is Coming, a session IPA, is its most brewed beer. unverified info
