How it works
A lager brewery founded in 2005 by Emma and Rick Keene as the Cotswold Brewing Company, first at Foxholes Lane in Foscot, Oxfordshire, and since 2010 at College Farm on the Stow Road in Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire. Its first beer was the German-style Cotswold Premium lager. In 2021 it began making a lager with Jeremy Clarkson, who bought a stake from Emma Keene, and the brewery was later renamed Hawkstone. unverified info
