How it works
Browar Waszczukowe is a brewery at ul. Fabryczna 34a in Czarna Białostocka (Podlaskie), on the edge of the Knyszyn Forest, whose water it uses. The brothers Karol and Mateusz Waszczuk first tested recipes in their grandmother's cellar and, after winning home-brewing competitions, brewed under contract at friendly breweries across Poland; two more partners then joined to build the brewery on their home ground. The site lists competition medals from 2014 on, including Kraft Roku 2018. The year the own brewery opened was not found. unverified info
