How it works
A London brewery started by Pete Brown, originally from Massachusetts (not the beer writer of the same name), and named after Forest Road in Hackney where he was living. Its beers were first sold early in 2016, brewed under contract at Van Eecke in West Flanders in Belgium. After several sites fell through it commissioned its own 60-hectolitre brewhouse in September 2021 at Elizabeth Industrial Estate, Juno Way, in Lewisham, and the first beer from it was sold in October 2021. unverified info
