A lager brewery in a former grain-drying store on Braybrooke Farm, on the edge of the village of Braybrooke in Northamptonshire, south-east of Market Harborough. It was set up in 2017 by the restaurateurs Luke Wilson and Cameron Emirali and the wholesaler Nick Trower after a visit to Stephan Michel's Mahrs Bräu in Bamberg, and its first beer, Braybrooke Keller Lager, is an unfiltered amber lager brewed to a Franconian recipe. unverified info
