Canada Founded in 1998 in Baie-Saint-Paul, in the Charlevoix region of Quebec, by Frédérick Tremblay and his wife Caroline Bandulet. It is known for the Belgian-style Dominus Vobiscum beers and the Vache Folle line, and runs the Saint-Pub restaurant. A new brewery with a shop and restaurant at the Écoquartier des Moissons in Baie-Saint-Paul is planned, with Investissement Québec backing it with C$4.1 million; the shop and restaurant were expected to open in the autumn of 2026. unverified info
