## About

Browar Fuhrmann is the brewery at ul. Piwna 10 in Połczyn-Zdrój (West Pomerania). It was founded in 1825 by Herman Fuhrmann and ran until 1945 as Brauerei C. Fuhrmann; after the war it was nationalised as Państwowy Browar Połczyn and in 1989 became a branch of the Koszalin brewery works. From 2002 it belonged to the Brok-Strzelec group, which stopped brewing there in 2003; beer returned in 2007 under Brewer Polska, owned by the Czech firm Brewer s.r.o., which took the name Fuhrmann in 2008. After a further stop in 2017 production restarted in April 2018 under the Slovak-owned Semper Brewery, with a capacity of about 350,000 hl a year.
