## About

Browar Rzemieślniczy Sowie, run by Browar Wielka Sowa, works in the former Bieltex textile halls at ul. Żeromskiego 9 in Bielawa, at the foot of the Owl Mountains. The first batch of Sowie Pils was brewed there in autumn 2017. It concentrates on bottom-fermented classics: lagers, pilsners, March beers and wheat beers.
