## About

Started in 2009 by the property developer Alasdair Cassels, his son Zak and his son-in-law Joe Shanks on the historic tannery site at Woolston, Christchurch, which Cassels bought in 1994. After the February 2011 earthquake The Brewery bar opened on the site. Milk Stout, Extra Pale Ale.
