Small craft brewery in the former stable of a Weinviertel farm at Schalladorf, in the municipality of Wullersdorf (Hollabrunn district). The beer sommelier and biotechnologist Jörg Gartler and his partner Kathrin Erlebach bought the farm in 2010, founded the Brauküche 35 KG with his brother Rainer Gartler in 2015, and opened the brewery on 3 December 2016. Its beers include the strong ales Trappist and Rosebud, the saison Golden Bay and the red ale RotALEchen. unverified info
