How it works
Brouwerij Gulden Spoor at Gullegem grew out of the restaurant 't Rusteel, once known as the café with 300 kinds of beer. It was founded in 2003 in a renovated barn as 't Brouwkot, and in 2009 the installation was expanded and renamed Gulden Spoor, after the Leie region. Since 2014 it has worked in a modern new building next to the restaurant. The first beer was the saison Netebuk, and the range includes Damme Blond, a Quadrupel and a Red Ale. unverified info
