Poland Browar Kociewski is a brewery pub at ul. Skarszewska 5 in Starogard Gdański, part of a restaurant, hotel and bowling complex run by the Chajewski family. The family decided in 2014 to build it, bought a three-vessel Kaspar Schulz brewhouse for 15 hl brews, and brewed the first batch in 2016. The beers are unfiltered and unpasteurised and are served from the tanks. The brewery presents itself as continuing the town's tradition: the last Starogard brewery stopped brewing in 1969 and worked as a bottling plant until 1976. unverified info
