How it works
A first brewery at Fairway Industrial Centre, Bristol, in 2003 closed the same year; it restarted in 2004 with a 10-barrel plant in the basement of the 1904 fermenting block of the former Ashton Gate Brewery on North Street, Southville, set up by George Ferguson with Simon Bartlett. It moved to a 30-barrel brewery on Durnford Street in 2013 and to Ashton Vale in April 2025; a shop, visitor centre and tap room remain at North Street. unverified info
