How it works
Started in 2011 by the brothers Allan and Stephen Crossland beside the Benleva Hotel at Drumnadrochit on the shore of Loch Ness, to brew for the hotel's pub; it moved to larger premises in 2012. In late 2016 the Loch Ness Beer brand was rescued by a partnership of the Cobbs Group and Cairngorm Brewery. It makes about 20,000 pints a week and is known for HoppyNESS. unverified info
