A botanical beer brand in Amsterdam, started by Frederik Kampman, who launched the first beers on 1 January 2016 after leaving his job. The beers are made with herbs, spices and fruit, sourced from the old Amsterdam spice shop Jacob Hooy, and draw on the gruit tradition and the voyages of the Dutch explorers.
