How it works
Started in 1994 (1995 by the Brewery History Society) by the home brewer Ian Burns, at Unit 9, Varey Road, Eaton Bank Industrial Estate, Congleton, Cheshire; it moved to Bromley House in 2003 and bought the Beartown Tap in Congleton in 1999. It is family-owned and its name comes from a 1632 story of the town's Bear Warden. Cask, bottled, canned and keg beer. unverified info
