How it works
Craft brewery in the former pulque hacienda of San Juan Pueblilla, Zempoala, Hidalgo. It began as a project of the state university of Hidalgo to malt local barley; Jesús Antón Gil then took over the brewing, with Bob Maltman as the first brewmaster. By 2016 it made three beers, Catrina (red ale), Jaguar (pale ale) and Hidalgo (stout), about 17,000 bottles a month. unverified info
