## About

Not a brewery: Hooper's is a brand of alcoholic ginger beer and other 4% brews; its marketing dates it to William Hooper in 1817, though sources also describe him as a lemonade maker of the 1840s. Hooper's Hooch lemonade came in 1995. Molson Coors owned the brand, Global Brands made it under licence from 2012 and bought it in January 2023.
