How it works
Launched in 2006 by Geoff Wright and Phil Halls in a converted dairy at South Farm, Alburgh, in the Waveney Valley, Norfolk, with a five-barrel kit from Castle Rock. It went to an 18-barrel plant in 2012, opened The Plough in Norwich in 2010 and has the Spread Eagle in Ipswich. Grain IPA was Champion Beer of Norfolk in 2014. In April 2024 it revived the Barley Queen ceremony for its first home-grown barley. unverified info
