Established in 2015 by John Dunsmore, a former chief executive of Scottish & Newcastle Breweries and of C&C Group, on the Bankhead industrial estate in west Edinburgh. Its Paolozzi Lager, a 5.2% Munich-style helles named after the sculptor Eduardo Paolozzi, was launched in October 2015, and a donation goes to the Paolozzi Foundation for every bottle and pint sold. unverified info
