Founded in 2006 by Assaf Lavi (Lavie), who had owned two pubs in Tel Aviv and moved to the village of Klil in the Western Galilee. In 2008 the brewery settled at Kibbutz Yehiam and later moved to the Tefen Industrial Zone, where it has a visitor centre and the Malka Beer Salon pub. HaCarem Spirits is a partner, and the Tefen plant also brews the Negev and Herzl beers. Core beers are a pale ale, a blond ale and a stout. unverified info
