Guadalajara craft brewery, the first significant one in Mexico, launched about 2003 by Jesús Briseño Gómez España; it sold its first colonial-style keg in his restaurant Tierra de Malta. It opened a taproom, La Taberna Minerva, and launched its first canned beer, 10 Mil Pies, in 2018. In 2023 Grupo Cielito Lindo bought the recipes, equipment and brands, and Cervecería Cielito Lindo brews them; Cerveza Minerva S.A. stays as an importer. unverified info
