## About

Jan Olbracht began in 2012 as the brewery-restaurant Jan Olbracht Browar Staromiejski in a 15th-century tenement house in the Old Town of Toruń. A second, craft brewery followed in 2014 in Piotrków Trybunalski, which within a year had a 20 hl brewhouse and storage for 400 hl (BeerTasting). The sources found do not say at which of the two sites the beers on the cap list, such as Szyszak, were brewed.
