## About

Brewpub opened in San José del Cabo in 2007 by Jordan Gardenhire and his father Charlie, who moved from Colorado; the first brewery of Baja California Sur. A second bar opened in Cabo San Lucas in 2009 and the first bottled beer, Baja Blond, the same year. Hurricane Odile hit the brewery in 2014, and a production plant opened in Tijuana in 2018. Flagship: Cabotella, exported to the United States.
