## About

A honey-beer brewery run by Hannah Rhodes in a railway arch on Stanworth Street, Bermondsey, London; it marked its fifth anniversary in 2018. Its beers are fermented with raw, unpasteurised honey from independent British beekeepers, and ten per cent of its profits go to pollinator charities. Hiver Blonde, Session IPA and Hiver Cider are its drinks.
