## About

Efes Ukraine, the Ukrainian company of Anadolu Efes. In March 2012 Anadolu Efes took over the Ukrainian and Russian beer assets of SABMiller, among them the Sarmat brewery in Donetsk, and Efes Ukraine lost control of Sarmat on 1 February 2017. In 2018 its business was merged with that of AB InBev into AB InBev Efes. A company row, not a plant.
