## About

European Drinks, the group of the Micula brothers Ioan and Viorel, went into beer in 2003: from September it launched Burger and Servus in one- and two-litre plastic bottles, first in Oradea, and put USD 50 million into its plant at Drăgănești in Bihor, planned for one million hl a year. Viorel Micula said the group had turned down the offer to buy old Romanian breweries because of their old technology.
