## About

BOM, short for Belgian Original Malt Bakery, was founded by the brewing engineer Bert Van Hecke, who roasts his own malt in a converted coffee roastery. It is a gypsy brewery: the beers, among them Triporteur From Heaven, are brewed in rented kettles of other breweries under Van Hecke's control. The brewery's own site gives no address, so the row has no map point.
